Precision Coupling & Pulleys

This coupling connects two shafts to transmit torque, motion etc. It is a coupling which can adjust itself to misalignment of coupling connected by it. Misalignment may be angular, parallel or skew. When motion transmission is important, the misalignment should not affect the velocity & acceleration of the coupling. This calls for a torsionally rigid, yet flexible coupling. Tyre Couplings

It is a soft flexible coupling that is extremely suited for optimum torque transmission. It also has the inherent qualities of absorbing misalignments that take place in the drive systems. The tyre coupling that we offer guarantees high strength and is employed on the connection of two coaxially rotating machines.

Pin Bush Couplings

The Pin Bush couplings that we offer comprise a set of superior quality rubber with pins & nuts. These are couplings of a drive type facilitating the transmission of torque via high tensile steel bolts to the machine input shaft. The pin bush permits drive in all direction and requires neither lubrication nor adjustment. The flexible bush remains unaffected by water, dust and atmospheric condition. The Power for standard coupling range from 7.8 kgf-m to 2424.05 kgf-m at 100 rpm and sizes from PB1 to PB11.

Star Coupling Chains

We design our wide range of star coupling chain to meet the demand for a low cost general purpose flexible coupling. The chain uses a special cushioned material to absorb shock loads and cut down the amplitude of vibration. Available in compact size with flexible inert the star coupling chain is suitable when angular, parallel and axial misalignment is required. The equipment is simple in construction and also easy to install. Our product also remains unaffected by water, dust, oil, and atmospheric conditions.

Gear Boxes

We provide specially manufactured range of Gears boxes to our customers as per their given specifications. The gear boxes have cast iron gear case that is meticulously deigned to make it air tight, dust proof and capable of being installed even in open sans any cover. Made of good quality raw material, the gear boxes are supported on extra heavy duty taper roller anti friction bearings of ample margin of safety to allow adequate journals as well as thrust loads. The air cooling is facilitated by means of standard polypropylene or metal fans. The range includes: • Models: C.D. 50, 60, 75, 85, 100 mm • Ratio: 30:1 or 40:1 • Center Distances: 40 mm to 400 mm • Adaptable Worm Gear Boxes: CD 25mm to 85mm • Suitable in single or double stage reductions. • Overhauling of old gear boxes also undertaken
